Shipping policy

Shop Anoush accepts the payment options listed in the Footer of each page. All prices are displayed in USD.

You may fund your Paypal account through any method and then use our single-click Paypal express checkout option to complete your order.

Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled as payment is automatically processed.

You are allowed to use up to one promotional code per order in addition to any Gift Card or Store Credit balances. We are unable to retroactively apply any promotional codes to orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all promotional codes are entered when submitting an order.

Orders generally take 5 to 7 business days for processing, following which your product(s) will be shipped. Following the processing period, orders can take up to 14 days to ship. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@shopanoush.com and indicate 'Order Inquiry' in the Subject line.

We highly recommend reviewing all order information is complete and correct prior to submitting as we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
